“When our first room had a lingering smoke smell, the receptionist happily changed our room and upgraded us as well. The restaurant was closing shortly after we arrived, but they let us order anyway, and did not rush us to finish. The room was beautifully furnished, and very clean. We have been on an extended road trip and this is one of the best places we have stayed at. I highly recommend it!”

“Hotel was very nice. Front check in person didn't seem to know what she was doing. Kept telling me I had cancelled my reservation. Also the pool and the hot tub were not working as they should be. Maybe this should have been reflexed in a price reduction or comp something ”
