“House keeping is just like unrated hotels. they did not clean the room, although we left the room at 11:00 am and came back at 12:00 pm. no slippers no complementary water front disk staff are very friendly.”

“I stayed at the Walper during a business trip. Located right at the heart of bunch of eateries, and from the lightrail, the visit has been a joy. Marry the local charm with the Hyatt service, and it has been a great experience!”

“The staff member working when I checked in was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and there were no disturbances. The cleaning staff respected my 'do not disturb sign.' The room was very clean, although I have some concerns over everything being wrapped in plastic, and there were no glasses in the room. The bed was a sleep number bed and absolutely awful. I have never slept on one before and hope I never do again. Maybe others enjoy them, but it was not for me. Very uncomfortable, no matter what I adjusted it to. I am used to sleeping alone, so I sleep somewhat sprawled out, almost diagonally. These beds are meant for people who sleep with a partner and are adjustable to different firmnesses, which means there is a crater in the centre. I have stayed at this hotel several times before in years past, but I don't remember the beds being this style.”

“Recent renovations make the hotel rooms a reasonably good deal, modern and fairly spacious. Like that you can keep the room fan on, and that there's a bathtub and HGTV. Decent staff. Reasonably quiet location, considering it's near a 10-lane city street. I was pleased and slept alright. Can't complain about a free breakfast, even if it's Americanized artificial eggs and paper-thin bacon - it is tasty. You do need to be there before 8, otherwise there won't be much left, and cold. Ants on the lobby floor also enjoy breakfast too. It's all good.”
