“O valet demora 40 minutos, a piscina fica abandonada sem atendimento, tomadas não funcionam, o café da manhã é um assalto, te tratam como se vc tivesse lá por engano mas os lençóis são excelentes. ”

“The hotel is in a good location. Still not very safe to walk with your phone in your hands. The front desk staff super helpful especially the gentleman who did my check in and helped to find a clinic. The breakfast is fine but you have to wait for more than half hour for an omelette to be ready from the chef who cooks in front of you. Maybe should be a couple of chefs during busy breakfast. Nice selection of fruit, cold cuts, and hot options. Coffee needs updating, you are in Brazil and serve very bad coffee from a machine come on.... The room was in the 21st floor which I liked. The room looks a little dated especially the hair dryer, I think they placed first the hairdryer then the hotel. .. The security and porters at the door don't really welcome you but look you down. Bed was comfortable and big. No coffee machine available in the room except a kettle with sachet coffee. ”

“Fasano is a beautiful hotel in a superb location. It is a true luxury 5 star hotel. The staff, however, make it even more fantastic. Polite, helpful, and friendly. We were genuinely sad to leave this treasure”
