“Moved to this hotel after the first hotel we booked was not what we were used to (another story) and we couldn’t be happier. Raymond at concierge was excellent and so accommodating - he allowed us to check in early (much to our relief after escaping the first hotel) and then to check out late due to our late night flight. The location is excellent right across Ipanema beach and close to many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There was an issue with the AC not functioning but no problem, they replaced it with a new AC the next day! Thank you for a lovely stay!”
