“Room was clean. Need some maintenance done in room but it was satisfactory for what I needed. ”

“Reasonable place to stay but we won’t go back. The most expensive place to stay aside from the 2 newest hotels in the cbd. Secure parking only if you’re lucky enough as there is roughly 6 parks for the whole hotel. Shower is absolutely terrible, bathroom full of mould in shower & floor grouting. Cleaners will enter your room without notice daily. Restaurant food ridiculously overpriced for sub par food. Coffee on the other hand was phenomenal. Staff are all lovely, friendly, welcoming & helpful. Great central location in the cbd within walking distance to Coles & restaurants. ”

“Perfectly fine except for one little thing; I could hear the neighbours on both sides.; coughing, the kettle, talking. even the muffle of the other side of phone calls. On a positive note someone had a great singing voice.”

“I have stayed here previously and was ok but on arrival this time it was dirty, garbage overflowing and lots of people smoking outside. A very different feel. The lady I spoke to was lovely and my room was spotless, just the look and feel of general areas would put me off staying there again.”

“We stayed in unit 50 and I forgot to mention to staff that the unit appeared to be uneven. I have a video of our water bottle rolling unaided from in front of the sink across the floor to the couch. The only other maintenance issues that need to be addressed are the fly screens as they were in poor condition on the sliding door and bunk bed windows appearing to have been cut. The other thing I didn’t like was the location of the dumpster in front of our unit, it was really quite smelly so just as well we didn’t have our glass doors open. I realise they have to go somewhere and to be honest it was extremely hot weather so chances are the dumpsters would normally not be as smelly. The park and facilities are actually great, the kids activities were fantastic and the staff extremely friendly and helpful! ”

“The lock on our door didn’t work. The aircon didn’t really get cold and the tv wouldn’t even let us see anything only audio. When we looked behind the tv the cord was almost broken. ”
