“I didn’t realize this was a private property when I booked through Agoda. It took us nearly an hour to find the store for key pickup, which was quite inconvenient. When we arrived, the room was unfortunately very dusty, and the blankets and towels didn’t feel clean, which was disappointing. Also, having only one card key was tricky for a family, since we couldn’t go out separately and always had to stay together. I kept worrying about what would happen if we lost the key, as it seemed there wasn’t much the hotel could do in that situation. Overall, this experience made me realize I prefer booking hotels rather than private properties. I’ve always trusted Agoda for hotel bookings, so I was surprised to find a private accommodation listed. That said, I really loved the hotel itself! ”
