“The reception are absolutely useless and the other tenants in the apartment complex are racist. Upon booking the apartment there were issues with the booking so the reception told us as a complementary they would give us two apartments for the price of one. I thought it was too good to be true and sure enough we were left disappointed. When we contacted them a few days after to update our new booking details, no one had any information of this conversation and of course nothing was recorded in their system so luckily we still had our original booking. Which wasn’t a big issue at the time as it was what we had previous booked for…. Then on the day we arrived reception was closed for the public holiday so we were left with instructions on how to access the room. This is where we asked one of the other people within the complex how to find our way around and was left with racist remarks and absolutely no help (we are a mixed family). She is a permanent resident and watched everything we did for the rest of our trip. Then on our second day they charged us twice for our booking. So I think it’s safe to say this is one of the worst stays I have ever experienced and would not recommend other people to stay here ✌️”
