When we arrived, the room was unfortunately very dusty, and the blankets and towels didn’t feel clean, which was disappointing. Also, having only one card key was tricky for a family, since we couldn’t go out separately and always had to stay together. I kept worrying about what would happen if we lost the key, as it seemed there wasn’t much the hotel could do in that situation. Overall, this experience made me realize I prefer booking hotels rather than private properties. I’ve always trusted Agoda for hotel bookings, so I was surprised to find a private accommodation listed. That said, I really loved the hotel itself! ”
