“The room was clean and comfortable, though basic. Good value for money. Nice location, close to food and amenities. Good WiFi. Well equipped with everything I needed. Clean bathroom. I'd recommend using a proper bottom sheet as the bottom sheet comes off too easily, leaving you sleeping on the bare mattress if you move around at all. ”

“air con broken and given a fan heater due to a "full house" kettle broken & replaced after 2nd call, construction site next door with bulldozing even early Sat morn, very short of staff, extremely long wait for bf and one meal was a woefully inadequate portion for a "main"(one small piece of sourdough with zucchini, avo and goats cheese), potted tea was weak and did not smell or taste like black tea, chilli scramble eggs were exceptional. Physical look of the place is nice but not the most comfortable hotel. ”

“We stayed in the slightly more expensive renovated cabin. Was very nice and comfortable and warm. Unfortunately the room wasn’t setup for 2 single beds and as we arrived quite late, housekeeping had already left. However it was fixed the next day. I’ve stayed in lots of holiday park cabins and this was definitely one of the better ones (I booked the more expensive villa). Ants are an issue but not surprising given you’re so close to bush. ”

“사실 노보텔을 예약할때도 많은 부정적인 리뷰를 보고 결정을 망설였다. 고작 1박이였고 위치는 아주 좋다고 생각되었으며 지인가족들과 함께 같은 호텔에 묶고싶어서 고민끝에 노보텔을 결정하였는데.. 체크인을 하고 방에 들어서자마자 너무 불쾌한 냄새가 너무 많이 났고 방 한쪽에 세워진 스탠드라이트는 전원을 연결해도 켜지지않았으며 몇개의 라이트도 나가있었고 화장실안쪽 문에 달려있던 수건걸이와 같은 것도 한쪽이 제대로 고정되어있지않아 금방 떨어져나갈것같았다. 방을 바꿔달라고 할까도 고민했지만.. 사실 많은 리뷰들을 통해 다른방의 컨디션도 그닥 다를거같지않다고 생각했고 고작 하루일정이였기에 스테이하기로 했다. 그나마 밤 10시까지 운영되는 실내수영장은 아이들과 놀기 괜찮다고 여겨졌고. 이스터연휴를 맞이하여 여러이벤트를 하고 있는 부분은 좋았던것같다. 그치만 여러이벤트에 신경쓰기보다는 좀더 시설적인부분 및 위생부분에 신경쓰면 좋을것같다는 생각이 들었다. 나는 다음번 캔버라를 방문할때는 다른 호텔을 이용할것이다. 노보텔이 레노베이션을 했다는 소식이 들리기 전까지는...”

“가격대비 이 호텔을 선택했는데 실망스럽지 않았습니다. 좋은 위치, 넓은 객실, 훌륭한 시설, 친절한 직원.”

“Happy with the overall experience. Room was well-kept and bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel is near good restaurants and cafes.”

“In town for a wedding held at Parlor venue. This hotel suited the convenience of being on site. A little old an not lux enough for the price. The breakfast at $32 per head wasn’t worth it, but could easily be made so much better with some imaginative inclusions and modern styling, and even fresh flowers. Nothing really special in the rooms. Linens and pillows were great. Some styling hit and miss, especially the wall papered ceiling. Had a room change due to no hot water which was an inconvenience due to heaps of luggage and already settled in, however accept these things happen. A complimentary something to make amends would have been a suggestion. Staff were friendly but a bit disengaged, which is what makes a great hotel. My preference would be to stay somewhere more lux because this renovated hotel misses the mark between accepting age gracefully or fully embracing quirky.”

“Stayed here for a couple of days. Great Place. Loads of eatery nearby and you could walk to shopping malls as well. For Places of Interest, you need to hop on a Ride Share.”
