“Totally out of expectation. The rating 3 stars is misleading. I am questioning Austrian authority how they accept such level for three stars. WiFi signal too week - no water boiler - no refrigerator- no phone landline - no work desk The room doesn’t have a refrigerator even worse not water boiler with tea or coffee is not available in room. Which is more worse only one trash can in bathroom room. Which is really blow of my mind there is no phone landline in the room if you need anything you have to go to the reception and even only one iron available and you can’t take to the room and you have go down and do your iron in the aisle . Which make my stay more worse the hotel manager and staff are totally not friendly. I had hard time to convince them to change the room because WiFi signal is not available in the room moreover the new room that they offer to me the ventilation fan in the bathroom is broken. If you need anything from them you need to begs to request anything from them. ”
