Room is clean, bed and pillows is super comfortable, they had a small refrigerator like in the picture, for air conditioner and heater I can not comment because I did not use its. Location is the very good, 5-7 minutes walk from Praterstern station, this property has no lift but the property is on the 2nd floor so it is not a problem for me. Once you got a keys, just go to the 2nd floor, in front of the entrance has a sign of the property, you have to use a keys to open the main door then you will see your room inside.
