“Great location and being a new hotel the place looked great. They were good enough to keep our bags for us before our flight. Disappointed that room service wasn't on even though my room had the menu all set out to do so. Front door staff on my arrival could have been a bit more helpful and maybe welcoming. Don't want to say it wasn't a good stay, just a few niggles.”
