“First of all the accommodation does the job. The location is great and yes the photos are old, but it’s still decent for the price and I was going to write that we would stay here again, but we had a very crap situation happen towards the end of our trip which I was resolved, but left a sour taste in my mouth. So me and my partner stayed here for three nights and had no issues, upon checking out and rushing to the bus terminal I realised that I left my headphones on the bed. We messaged the hotel and they found them and said they would keep them until we got back 3 days later. We came back to collect them and it turns out they went missing. Agustin was awesome and helped track them down as it appears someone who worked there called Nadine stole them, but I only found that out after we got them back that they had been renamed on the Bluetooth. Because of that we probably won’t return, but I just wanted to thank Agustin for calling whoever the staff member was and getting them to return my headphones.”
