“Before arrive I was read a lot bad comments, but I can say everything okey, staff helpful”

“Very good hotel with all facilities. Clean and neat specious rooms. Staff r very friendly. Even they packed breakfast since we need to leave the hotel early. Huge outdoor swimming pool but not temperature controlled. Only limitation we felt is in winter no aur circulation when we closed door due to cold. Outside temperature is very cold but room temperature was hot specially in the night.”

“Trés bon séjour dans cet endroit. le duplex était spacieux et trés propre. Un grand MERCI aux personnels de l'hotel pour leurs services. Nous avons été vraiment bien servis. Je recommande cet hotel. en 5 - 10 minutes avec un taxi nous allons au centre ville. Le petit déjeuné était parfait, tous les jours les plats étaient différents. Les entrées aux piscines sont un gros plus et de bonne qualitée.”

“Breakfast was good. Tea, not coffee. I overheard a few other people complaining about no coffee too. The rooms was adequate for the price. The AC would not work. I called front desk to let them know, they said they couldn't understand me (English) and hung up. I never bothered to follow up with that. The location is horrible. The camera angles of the rooms and outside of the hotel make the pictures look a little better than in person (but who wouldn't try that so its not their fault for trying). I didn't understand why they insisted on my wife's passport too. I have checked into hotels in Yerevan countless times and I only needed my main passport. Perhaps this is a 'love' hotel where they need to ID the females? I dunno, it was weird. Overall, I will only go back if the price is really cheap, because it's not worth more than $30 per night.”
