“I was very impressed the hotel look exactly as the pictures in the booking, just few thing to improve but this is the booking company should make sure the address is correct cos it took me an hour to find it, and the other thing please do make it clear that the breakfast is a basic continental. To the hotel management I say the hotel is perfect but please change the corridors light switches to ve fitted with timer to go off”

“The resort is great and service is ok as well however very dependent on who you interact with. Beach and facilities are very good. Many different events ongoing and entertainment is fun. Use the app for booking dinners already the first day. The information and service about the reservation wasn’t great. They didn’t respond to my emails for over a week and the bday surprise I wanted for my husband was non existent upon arrival. Check in was bad. Wouldn’t rate it 5 star , it’s more like 4 star hotel. ”
