“This is my second time in marriott Al jadaf, but the first visit was the best yesterday I feel more difference between the cleanliness and TV was faulty while watching we can hear flickering sound like electric from inside maybe the tv was old. Before the day we arrive I called the reservation and I asked some favour if possible to give us a higher floor with skyline view as we are celebrating our anniversary, unfortunately the reception gave us 3rd floor with construction view. I didn't complain because we are tired and we just want to rest. I hope you can check this matter.”

“we booked 2 king beds, but when we arrived, we were put in a 2 twin bed. The advertisement was misleading and there are no other vacant rooms to accommodate us. Agoda pls update your listing pls the hotel said they dont have 2 king beds. The rooms are very very small I should have booked somewhere else. The restaurant only serves buffet, except for the pub. the facilities are okay the pool is nice. ”
