“First room assigned was hot due to sun facing and they changed another room for us. WB pool was under reno so that’s a bummer.. There’s another simple pool shared with Double Hilton. I preferred the service & staff at Guest service counter (smiley & polite), rather than the staff at Concierge check in counter (such grumpy people). Room amenities , location , breakfast are all amazing. ”
